Sauna and Eucaliptus

In Response To: Eucaliptus (Maureen)
The pureness of a sauna is healing power enough; but add some eucaliptus once the steam or heat of the sauna (or loyly, in the Finnish language) has come to its powerful, yet immobilizing temperature, a unique sensation in the lungs can be felt. I argue that the sauna is its own "preparation", if you will, for herbal application and the eucaliptus, as an excellent inhalant, is the first rational herb to reach for.
This may not be a new idea when it comes to eucaliptus, but the possibilities are endless when considering other herbs available that can aid the body through this administration method. Saunas were apart of my life since birth and so homogenizing these two very wholesome methods of healing the body seems like cake to me.
