Hi, this is peter from Australia [www.opalmine.com] I spend quite a bit of time out at the opal fields and often help folks out there find herbs and natural cures for health problems. they often don't have access to things out there. I will do you a picture of the Gota kola plant. just email me so I have your contact. a friend of mine takes it for arthritis and claims it has stopped the problem. if you know how to recognize it, it often grows by itself in the garden as a weed. it has a list of minerals and vitamins that are amazing according to my herb book. It likes damp areas and is a sort of swamp plant, as I understand. I have been told to eat no more than 3 or 4 leaves a day but my mate with the arthritis problem eats more. Will need to check this out because apparently you can take too much of it.
