Valarian root capsules

The smell of valarian root may make anyone fall over. After smelling it for a long time, though, it is almost pleasant to me now. Or maybe I have just made a mental association that is positive towards my valarian root capsules. Regardless, it is quite a challenge to use the whole root for tea as the house fills with the aroma of something a bit like, well, there's nothing akin to the unique pungency.
This is mostly the reason why I stick to valarian root capsules for my health routine. They are easy to take and the smell is brief when you open the bottle and close it. Fortunately, Bluebonnet makes a brand of valarian root capsules that are 100% Kosher vegetable capsules if you would like to avoid using gelatin products.
