There are some really informative websites available to give you information on Ayurvedic remedies for inflammatory processes in the body. The important thing to knowing which remedy to use seems to be identifying your symptoms and then matching them to the type of inflammaroty process according to Ayurvedic laws.

I suggest you search specifically for Ayurveda for Osteoarthritis so that you can characterize what it is you are experiencing and match it to the ayurvedic type of arthritis. Report back to let us know your success in treatment.
