Hello I have lots of gota kola growing in my herb garden. I bought a tiny pot of it a while back knowing it was good for me and it has spread like ground cover! It is very happy, however, being I am an amatuar in all of this, I was wondering if you could tell me how to best ingest it so that I am getting the best absorption from this herb? I appreciate any advice I can get.
