Ack! Don't be sucked in by marketing and media hype. There is probably no scientific proof that any breast augmentation products work - and you better watch out since a whole bunch of herbs may be thrown into one product without any research on how these herbs interact with each other once they are in your body. Black cohosh is usually seen as an aid for PMS or menopausal symptoms. However, again, the scientific data is scant and inconclusive. There are present studies, so hold onto your hat so you can become informed and smart and make better decisions. Just briefly - black cohosh is thought to have estrogenic properties. Now, during menopause, many of the symptoms occur because of the decrease in estrogen. So, with estrogen supplements, the symptoms will decrease - but remember what you've learned in the 90s and new millenium - some breast cancer cells proliferate with the right supply of estrogen. That's why so many women are on the fence now, wanting to relieve their symptoms but not wanting to feed any precancer cells that may need estrogen to replicate. So, in my mind, worrying about how to augment your breasts now may not be worth the medical problems in the future.
