No doubt eating healthier and getting appropriate exercise will help you maintain an optimal health for your situation. We are what we eat, afterall. As far as using tumeric in your health regimen for lupus, there do not seem to be studies done specifically with tumeric and its effect on the illness. However, there are plenty of interesting results from other studies which you can see at the following websites.
