Stevia comes in liquid and powder it is very sweet compared to sugar. I bought some liquid several years ago for my husband coffee 1 drop equal a round t spoon and still was to sweet for him. I use the powder for oats 1 pack sweetens it quit well. I have not tried to bake of cook with it but health food stores could tell you if that is possible. the liquid mixes well in drinks.
Hope this helps
