Herpies

Maybe you would like to try more natural therapies for Herpies. Herpies responds well to prescription medication like acyclovir and valtrex - but aren't you tired of being nauseous and generally unwell. The side effects may not keep you in bed, but they don't add to your well-being. One method of treating herpies is to start with the source - which may be the stress you're enduring. Reducing stress on your mind and body can be one of the best ways to reduce the frequency of herpies outbreaks, as well as the duration of the sores that are present.
Aromatherpy may aid in reducing the stress that causes herpies. Lavendar, especially, can ease the mind and help relax the muscles. Try an eye pillow made with dried lavendar flowers - lay with this on your eyes for 15 minutes breathing in the aroma. Bergomot and Lemon can also add to the feeling of wellness - put 2-4 drops of each in a pot of water, simmer, and then breath the fumes with a towel over your head for 10 minutes, being careful to keep your eyes closed. Diluted Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, and Melissa may help heal sores more quickly.
