If you have not been convinced by previous posts that hodia should send off warning signals in your brain, let's do a quick run down again.
1. Hodia is so popular because of clever marketing. Media spotlight and no doubt careful planning have made this herb all the rage. That should be the first warning.
2. There is, at this time, no clear-cut research showing that hodia is effective is helping people lose weight safely and effectively.
3. Hodia researchers have indicated that the herb may negatively effect the liver and the constituent that does this may be included in any marketed supplements.
4. Hodia may cause your brain to misinterpret how you body is fairing, and thus cause your blood sugar to drop dangerously low or for you to suffer dehydration.

How about a big *WARNING* for hodia until there is some more comprehensive research, thank you.
