I have limited experience with skin lightening herbs. There seems to be an extract popular in Asian countries from the bearberry plant that is useful for what you asked. Try doing an internet search for "herbal skin whiteners" and you'll be able to find your way to a product. Be sure and read everything on it, however, so you know about its safety and efficacy.
