> How do I make a tea from the Passion Flower to drink as a mild sedative? I have also been diagnosed as having RLS (restless leg syndrome). I have gathered the leaves (that is all that is left at this time of the year). I am a 73 year old grandmother and am thrilled that I could grow this lovely flower from a clipping. I do not want to take the drug that the Dr. prescribed. The drug (Restoril)can become habit forming and that is not what I wish to take. Can someone tell me how the tea is made and do I dry the leaves or brew them green? Any information on growing, gathering, drying and brewing the tea would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely
