Valarian root dosage

If you read about valarian root dosage of store bought herbs it can be very intimidating. The information will go into company ethics and regulations, or lack thereof. Basically, in order to get a bottle of an herbal remedy, one feels like they have to have a degree in Herbal Medicine. Since I do not have time for that, I have decided to have some faith in the my local health food store's decisions on the products they stock. Or, if I'm purchasing online, I may do a search on their website to try and get a feel for the company's ethics. If I don't feel like they are kind to the environment or paying attention to customer service, then I'll tend to move on to someone else. Otherwise, I look at the brands available at the store and use a couple if I'm taking the herb on a regular basis. My pocketbook tends to have some say in the matter, as well. I have settled on Bluebonnet's brand of Valarian root capsules of 250 mg. I follow the directions on the bottle and have found that this is perfectly acceptable for my body.
