Syllium for Weight Loss

Using syllium for weight loss does not seem like a long term, healthful means of obtaining your goal. Using a laxative to solve weight problems does not seem to be a smart idea in any case so I do not think I will even research it with great intention. Weight loss is most effectively done by maintaining a healthy diet and adding exercise to your lifestyle. Just walking has helped me at two different times in my life to shed 30 extra pounds after perhaps 3 to 4 months. When I was younger, I could get away with a mediocre diet, but certainly I am what I eat and combining good food and exercise means more to my body now than just weight loss.

Stress, for one, is greatly reduced with a daily walk. Eating a few leaves of butter lettuce and some slices of tomato gives me nutrients and health that I didn't have before with just pasta and sauce. As far as using a laxative for weight loss - I wouldn't even consider it.
