Syllium

Syllium is a useful remedy that is found in your every day fiber source products. It is important as a laxative and has been used as such for thousands of years. Syllium can be very useful in helping to regulate the bowels. It helps with constipation, IBS, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, and dysentery. Syllium helps the bowels by making it easier for bulk to pass due to its mucilage and demulcent properties. It can also help relieve hemorrhoid symptoms since it softens stool and soothes irritated veins.
Syllium should be taken as directed; it is always taken with plenty of water and the dose should not be exceded. Syllium can also be used externally as a poultice to draw out infection from wounds and boils.
