Homopathy for cats can be an excellent way of helping the cat's immune system work against illness. The difficulty often comes in administering the remedies for cats. In my experience, using the little homopathic pills is not effective, as it is hard to drop 6 of these tiny things into a moving mouth with sharp teeth. I prefer using a plunging syringe and putting the droplets of a homopathis remedy in it so that I can give the remedy in one quick plunge. You can also dissolve the tiny pills in a little bit of water. More than 1 ml of fluid is usually more than my cats can handle.
Remember that homopathic remedies are sensitive to outside substances, even stong odors like peppermint of coffee and so should not be stored in the same area. In general, the recommendations are to give homopathic remedies at times other then meals so the remedy is not effected by the food. Check out "The New Natural Cat" by Anitra Frazier for good information on administering homopathy to cats as well as other remedies.
