Don Qui

Don qui is seen as a very helpful herb for many circumstances that women must face. It is important to know that there are cautions in literature about using don qui during menstruation, spotting, or heavy bleeding since don qui can increase blood loss.
One important use of don qui is as a sexual stimulant; more expressly, don qui can help encourage the feeling of passion. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of herb in 1/4 cup of water is recommended to be taken twice a day. But as with many herbs, it shouldn't be taken on an ongoing basis as the body should have a break. For instance, take the don qui dose throughout the week with one day off, and every three weeks take a whole week off. Don qui is also helpful to relieve PMS symptoms, premenopausal and menopausal symptoms.
