Cinnimon caplets are not a usual preparation of this herb for administration from the literature I've seen. Most often, tinctures and infusions are used. The powder is used in India mostly and recommended for strengthening the digestive system with this preparation. In fact, looking for cinnimon caplets on the web is difficult and there isn't much available. Cinnimon oil is popular, however, as well as the dried bark which can be found at any grocery store.
Bulk herb companies do sell cinnimon powder and you can purchase your own empty caplets. The recommended dose for powdered cinnimon is 1/4 teaspoon, 2 to 3 times per day. Do not overdose, however, as cinnimon can be toxic to the body.
