Cinnimon oil is a simple way to get quick benefits from this historically helpful medicinal herb. Putting a small amount of pure oil on insect stings will help relieve the symptoms. It can also be used to make an infusion by simply putting a few drops in some warm water. The infusion can help relieve stomach pains and digestive problems due to its antispasmodic properties, as well as combat any invading microbes because of its antiviral and antiseptic action.
Cinnimon can help stimulate the uterus and start menstrual bleeding, as well as aid with menstrual cramping. Usually, an infusion of the bark or a ready made tea is recommended. Cinnimon oil can also be handy in the kitchen for flavoring meats, vegetables and baked goods. Cinnimon does come with warnings of toxicity if it is taken in excess. Follow directions if you are taking cinnimon in a medicinal capacity.
