Keep in mind that a cheap herbal suppliment will only be inferior. Thinking cheap is tempting, but thinking quality should always bring you back to earth. Anything cheap in the herbal world will surely mean manufactured poorly, from acquisition of the plants, to drying, to extracting constituents. Think of cheap in the sense of saving money from buying prescription medicines or from having to expensively treat yourself from poor health in the future - herbal suppliments can help you not just with your present affliction but by preventing other problems and creating a healthier you.
There are few regulations in some countries for herbal medicines. This means more freedom for the consumer, but it also means inferior products are out there and you must watch out. Always take the time to look for respectable companies and ask for advice on product brands.
