Yohimbee Bark

Despite huge warnings concerning taking yohimbee bark, there are numerous websites selling and purporting the use of it. Historically in Nigeria, Gabon, and Cameroon, it was used to treat illnesses accompanied by cough and fever, dilated pupils, as well as heart disease as well as used as an anesthetic. Mostly it is used to help human sexual drive now, and even with replanting, it may be becoming a threatened species in West Africa.

Be careful with all of the hoopla on the web - when folks are trying to sell something they will downplay the side effects. Do plenty of research because from what I see, there are many cautions about using yohimbee bark and they are never lessened by saying they are "mild" or "infrequent" effects.
