Yohimbee Benefits

Yohimbee benefits may not outweigh the potential side effects of this herb, thus it may be in your best interest to shop around and research other self-healing herbs that come with less cautionary literature. It has been used in West Africa for male importence and an aphrodisiac, but it is also seen as a hallucinogen. Yohimbee can stimulate the brain, but it can also cause toxicity in high doses. And for this herb, a high dose may be much lower than expected, as there is a fine line between what dose helps and hurts.
Literature suggests that this herb or the drug should only be used under direct supervision of a doctor and is, in fact, restricted in many countries in the world.
