Yarow Essential Oil

Yarow essential oil can be used to ease the pain of wounds. It is also used to treat digestive problems and respiratory infections. Using yarow oil in a facial steam would be an excellent way to administer the herb, as inhalation is often effective with respiratory problems. Take several cups of water and boil, turn off the heat, add 5 drops of the essential oil, cover your head with a towel and inhale the vapors for 10 minutes. Other ways to administer the herb are by using the dry herb to make an infusion and take 2 times per day.
There do not seem to be many side effects with using yarow. Allergic reactions have been occasionally reported.
