Ashwaganda can be found in combination with other herbal formulas to aid in rejuvenating ill cats. Most often, ashwaganda is brought up when talking about the progression of cancer tumors. Ashwaganda seems to have the ability to fight tumor growth and at least slow down its progress. As a general tonic, ashwaganda may aid other types of illnesses by rejuvenating the cirulatory system through improved hemoglobin production and as a tonic for the central nervous system. I usually recommend joining an online newsgroup for folks new to using herbal remedies with their pets. There are many great communities out there that can help with remedies and suggestions for anything that one encounters with their pet - from behavioral problems to medical problems.
