There are lymph nodes located in the groin area. If these are inflammed or tender it could be an indication of prostatitus. A health care practitioner will be able to make this diagnosis, along with other tests to indicate at what stage the prostatitus is in.
There are many complimentary types of therapies to use with prostatitus. There may not be a single method that promotes a cure for the prostate infection, but by using a variety of methods including allopathic medicine, the disease can be combated.
