Chamamile

Chamamile is normally seen as a subtle calming herb used to lightly subdue the nervous system and aid with restful sleep. Chamamile can also be useful for extreme anxiety when used in a very potent form. One practioner suggests using 3 ounces of chamamile flowers in approximately 4 cups of boiled water, covering the infusion and letting it sit overnight. Then, after straining out the plant matter, drinking 1/4 cup as needed. This has purported to strongly affect people in highly stressful environments.

Chamamile is useful in so many situations, really. Soothing skin inflammations, motion sickness, indigestion, sleeplessness, PMS, puffy eyes, tension headaches, canker sores, gas, heartburn - its a very useful flower.
