Pepermint Tea

Pepermint tea is probably one of the more enjoyable herbal teas to ingest when using herbal remedies. Pepermint is actually a hybrid plant of watermint and spearmint, which on their own have similar, yet milder effects than pepermint. So, pepermint tea would be the choice after a filling meal where the muscles of the digestive tract could use some relaxation.
The aerial parts of the plant are used for making the herbal preparation - the stem and leaves. The pepermint leaves, especially, have a high volume of volatile oils which contain the properties that aid digestion.
