Astragalas

I had never heard of astragalas when it came highly recommended to me and therefore I was skeptical. But I have since found that astragalas is an extremely effective herb and has a long history of use especially in ancient Chinese herbal medicine. For me, astragalas is the herb I would choose if I could only have one remedy. I use it when I think I am entering a stressful period in my life, and I don't fall ill when I think I may have otherwise been suseptible to inconvenient viruses. I'll take it when I'm blindsided by a cold or sore throat and I do not, even as I'm getting older, stay ill for very long.
